Lt. Clint Sinclair
Lt. Clint Sinclair has been with the Columbia Police Department since 2009. He has served in various roles in the department to include SWAT Commander, Crisis Negotiation Commander, and currently services over the Professional Standards Bureau which includes Training and Recruiting, Internal Affairs, the CPD Academy, Policy, and Public Information. Clint holds a law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law and is a Captain in the Army National Guard as a JAG Officer. He and his partner became licensed foster and respite providers in 2020 and have two children adopted out of foster care.
